Cotswold Caribbean was founded in 2026 with a simple idea: the warmth, spice and generosity of Caribbean home cooking deserves a place on the Cotswolds food map. From slow-cooked jerk and rum-glazed plantain to rice & peas done properly, we cook the food we grew up eating — for markets, festivals and pop-ups across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and beyond, with a small number of private events booked alongside.
